VICTITO MEMBERSHIP & SERVICES FOR NON-MEMBERS
Whether you are currently experiencing problems at work, such as disciplinary or capability processes, grievances or redundancy, or you want the comfort of knowing that expert help is at hand should such problems affect you in the future, Victito is here for you.
Many employers will only allow representation by fellow workers or trade union representatives, but unfortunately many local trade union representatives are very inexperienced in handling difficult employment issues, as well as being severely overstretched. Victito can offer the benefit of access to support from trade union reps who are experienced and have the expertise to give you the support that you need, without you having to become a union member.
Non-Members
Unlike most trade unions that will not offer help to individuals unless they have been a member for at least 3 months before the work problem arose, we will help you even if you are not a member.
For non-members, we can provide support, including face to face representation, at our hourly rate of £60.00, (plus travel, where necessary) whether that is telephone support, help with drafting letters, or attendance/representation at meetings/hearings.
Victito Members
Of course it is always better to have the assurance of knowing that you will have the support when you need it and Victito members know that they will have quick access to our team of experts, as and when it is needed. Members receive:
- Expert telephone advice and support
- A dedicated case-worker providing the main point of contact between the member and our experts
- Expert advice and support in drafting letters etc in relation to the employment issues
- 33% discount on the representation rate for meetings/hearings etc (£60.00 per hour) excluding any necessary travel costs.
Membership costs just £12.50 per month and compares very favourably with the membership rates of trade unions.
