Case Study 1

Victito’s support during a period of great sadness allowed me to accept that a career I love was destroyed but my life was not over!!!

they told me “Don’t be Seduced by the belief your victory will erase the emotion pain and suffering you will experience during the tribunal process”

“Don’t wallow in self pity – get ready for the fight”

“You must believe that the process of self actualisation cannot be destroyed.”

“The determination to survive is unique-therefore he provided me with no directives about how to re-invent my career”

When telling my story I found him to be non-judgmental.

He did not compare his story with my own. His respect, empathy and genuineness allowed me to trust my own judgement. To the extent that when my employer accepted that my dismissal was unfair. Victito reassured me that I was able “to decide for myself”.
I had no doubt that they shared the view then, that a written apology, financial compensation or the offer of reinstatement of employment would ease the emotional pain and suffering of unfair dismissal.
Nevertheless, I was blessed to have had Victito’s support during my mission to be vindicated. His empathetic listening gave me the strength to challenge the decision a large U.K. Company with millions of £ at its disposal and an excellent legal team. Despite having no union support and I was faced with the ridiculous financial costs he assisted me in keeping focus. I was desperate for vindication and therefore paid my legal fees. I have no doubt that Elliot’s emotional support, In 2016 helped me as I won my case of disability discrimination and unfair dismissal. Today, I am able to reconciled the financial costs required to secure my vindication though it will take some time before the emotional trauma of being a survivor of unfair dismissal diminishes.
